Severe Illness Post Taco Meal - Taco Bell, Enfield Connecticut

We're not sure what from the menu made us sick because he had a chicken power bowl and I had a cheesey gordita crunch, a chicken crispanada and a stacker...but my husband and I both have severe diarrhea & stomach cramps... I also have nausea, servere dizziness, full body chills whenever my stomach hurts & I have to run to the ladies room. (Every 2-4hrs) I've been up all night. Maybe the lettuce or toppings? Our daughter had Wendy's and she's completely fine. We ate there last night February, 16th, 2024. We eat there regularly and have never had this issue before! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Chills
