After eating a loaded beef nachos at Taco Bell around 5:40p.m. on Saturday evening I started to feel weird. Then at 4:00 a.m. Sunday (less than 12 hours later) I have been vomiting uncontrollably, diarrhea, chills, muscle pain and headache. I did not eat anything after Taco Bell and only a soup for lunch on the same day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Muscle Pain
