Burrito Illness: Nausea Strikes - Taco Bell, Grand Junction Colorado

I ate a grilled stuffed burrito with ground beef, burrito supreme with mild green sauce and a couple soft shell taco supreme's. Within hours I had stomach pains, upset stomach nausea and throwing up. Diarrhea not likely, I only went once or twice. Pepto Bismal is not working at all, a cold shower is not working (as I thought it may just be a little heat exhaustion) and definitely am not feeling like eating anything else. I haven't felt this sick in a long time! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
