Quesadilla Leads to Illness - Taco Bell, Denton Texas

I got the cantina chicken rolled quesadilla, and it did come with two sealed package sauces - a red one and a guacamole one…that I ate but my mom only tried the red one. And a side of open container sour cream.
I ate about 3/4 of it and my mom ate about 1/4. Within hours I had horrible stomach pains, explosive diarrhea and projectile vomiting (3 times). Tbh the vomiting helped. My mom had stomach pains and diarrhea but no vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
