Severe Abdominal Pain Post-Taco - Taco Bell, Fuquay-Varina North Carolina

Saturday at 8 pm. After eating, I started getting abdominal pain that became sever. Followed by vomiting the whole night., I had the Chicken wrap and a mushy taco. It has been 48 hours since the incident and I am still weak, light-headed and have a headache probably due to dehydration.
