Ate a chalupa and one taco, became violently ill 2 hours later from above and below. This was followed by acute stomach pain, extreme nausea, fever, chills, sweating and total exhaustion. We eat at this Taco Bell regularly, with no problems. I believe it was the lettuce, as it was the only thing undigested and I kept tasting it over and over. It’s been 24 hours, able to keep down toast and applesauce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Sweating
