I ate Cheese Fries, Orange Cream Freeze and Chicken Quesadilla.

I ended up with Nausea, Severe Diarrhea, Stomach cramps/pain, Fever and my chronic pain/fatigue flared up as well. My symptoms appeared roughly 4 hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Fatigue
