Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, CrampsSuspected source: Had their steak burrito and fries, both items were cold when received them even though waited in line for 20 minutes for order. Fries were cold and soggy, only ate 2. Burrito was cold and tasted like it had been refrigerated
Onset: Ate about 5:30, stomach upset feeling about 11pm and vomiting about 1am until 7am.
Duration: Stomach is still sore and feeling sick at 6pm next day. Not keeping anything down and very tired
