Got food from the drive thru, got steak nachos and 2 burritos beefy and rice and beans from the value menu. My children 4 y/o , 23 month y/o and myself are now having nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
