I went to sit in and have lunch at Taco Bell on Old Spanish Trail in Houston TX on Tueaday afternoon around 3:20pm. 8 ordered 2 Dorito Loco Taco Surpremes. When I started eating the second Taco, near when i was finished, I bit into something and immediately knew something was wrong. Around 5pm, my head began hurting then I got heat flashes. Since 6pm, I have been vomiting profusely and can't even keep down water. If these symptoms persist, I will have to visit the ER. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
