Got Taco Bell around 10:15-10:30 pm few hours later stomach started to bother me . 6am ran to the bath room with really bad direah & vomiting . Couldn’t keep anything down . Was throwing a bunch of times Than started to keep water down.. had 101-102 fever sleep for hours. Couldn’t eat anything when I tried . Than hours later o was able to keep bread down , very weak. Next day was little better still weak tho | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
