I ate a Mexican Pizza and some Nachos BelGrande with added steak. The Mexican pizza had no meat. While eating the Mexican pizza, I noticed it tasted off, especially the shell. I didn't finish the entire thing. About 40 mins after eating, I felt very nauseous and my stomach started hurting. The headache began shortly after. Have felt nauseous all day long as well as headache. My stomach still hurts but I was able to go to the bathroom but the nausea and headache persist. Will never eat from there ever again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain
