Ate Taco Bell last night around 9 pm. Had a Taco Salad and Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito. Woke up around 9 am the next day and felt like I got hit by a train. Had a headache and thought maybe I just needed a nap. Well, no nap for me because at one point I got extremely nauseous and as soon as I got up I vomited. I've vomited 3 times since then and the diarrhea has finally set in. Fantastic. Thank you Taco Bell. Just what I needed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
