Friday, 16 Feb 2024 (about noon). I felt really good but hungry. So I purchased a Grilled Steak Burrito Combo that included a beef taco from Taco Bell in Urbana, OH. I ate the burrito and thought that was rather tasty but after opening the beef taco, I thought it smelled a bit off. I ate the taco anyways thinking it must have been just me. Now 12 hours later I’m just starting to recover from extreme diarrhea and vomiting. I bet my bottom dollar it was that beef taco… | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
