Taco Supremes Trigger Illness - Taco Bell, Billings Montana

March, 27 2021. I hadn't eaten all day and got taco 3 supremes there at5:02. By 7:30 I had severe stomach cramps, the nausea, then I threw up my meal. The symptoms came on fast. I was doubled over with stomach cramps and had terrible dry heaves that it made it difficult to get to my bathroom. I was cold but didn't have a fever or diarrhea which I couldn't believe since I felt so bad. I have the receipt and packaging. I have no doubt I got food poisoning from eating there.
I eat healthy and never eat fast food. I chose to that day unfortunately.
I was so cold and my headache was unrelenting. It didn't take long for my symptoms to start and the severity.
Almost 48 hours later I am weak and still have a headache.
It came on so fast. I can't even think of that place without getting a sick feeling. I have the receipt, the bag it came in and all the taco wraps and opened hot sauce. This poisoning was brutal and it needs to be reported. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Weakness
