Taco Supremes Trigger Illness

March, 27 2021. I hadn't eaten all day and got taco 3 supremes there at5:02. By 7:30 I had severe stomach cramps, the nausea, then I threw up my meal. The symptoms came on fast. I was doubled over with stomach cramps and had terrible dry heaves…
