Suspected source: Mexican pizza
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Horrible fever, chills, tremors. Mexican pizza didn't taste right, only ate half. It had a very strange effect in my mouth, almost as if my saliva had a reaction to it. The next morning I'm extremely sick. | Symptoms: Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I had the same experience yesterday. It was awful and am still feeling severe food poisoning symptoms. My onset was about a couple of hours (I ate at 12PM). Just reported as well (Atlanta).
