Burrito Induces Severe Vomiting - Taco Bell, Lexington South Carolina

1 year ago reported by user-wrppn969 business

Taco Bell, South Lake Drive, Lexington, SC, USA

1804 South Lake Drive, Lexington, 29073 South Carolina, United States

I ordered a chicken bean burrito and a soft shell taco. It had been a few hours and I went to bed. When I woke up I was vomiting and could not get off the toilet. I was literally sleeping on the bathroom floor. I had a 101.7 degree fever. Now that it's over my stomach is just painful and I'm very dehydrated and have only been able to eat crackers. This has been an awful experience. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration
