I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Mexican pizza with sour cream and a nachos supreme with mild sauce. my stomach hurt right away like heartburn and then about 6 hours later I started getting diarrhea and feeling cold chills. and ive been sick ever since. I've never really felt like this before. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Heartburn
