I went to taco bell in south lake mall.on December23rd around 4 pm. . I order the 5$ taco box... I started experiencing stomach pain 45 minutes later. I know it came from taco bell because I haven't ate anything since the next night everything I tried to eat I threw it up. . Pain relievers not working at all. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
