This morning I went to taco bell and got 2 cheese toasted breakfast burrito and a large mountain dew. By noon my stomach started turning, feeling cramps and pain. By 5pm I was sitting on the porcelain bowl having diarrhea. I've been on and off the toliet for about 3 hours now. To make things worse, I threw my back out at work earlier in the week and am still recovering. This definitely isn't helping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
