Ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a Doritos taco on 06/06/2022 around 6:30ish via doordash My husband also had some food ordered but did not get sick. Everything seem normal with my food while eating it. Around 4:30 am I woke up to extreme stomach pain and then began vomiting. Through out that day I developed body aches, chills and kidney pain along with the stomach pain and vomiting. These symptoms lasted from 06/07/2022 4:30 am to 06/08/2022 3:30 ish pm. On 06/09/2022 I am no longer vomiting nor do I have the chills, body aches, and kidney aches though I am still very fatigue and still have the sharp pain in my stomach under the rib cage. I have never had food poisoning before but my family and friend who have had it believe that this what I had based off of my symptoms and how quickly they came and went. I also took a covid-19 to to ensure that its wasn't that and my test was negative for covid-19. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Body Ache, Fever, Headache, Dizziness, Loss of Appetite
