11/13/2019 I eat ( beef )chalupa box, which contains XL chalupa, hard taco, Cinnamon twist and Med- coke,A round 7pm I eat the taco and twist but half way through the chalupa, I stopped because of a Bloated feeling in my stomach and heavy burping . 30 minutes later start feeling nauseous. I was still feeling nausea and burping,when I went to bed at 10pm. I woke up 2:30am vomiting, I had to go to work at 5:30am. To start a 12 hour shift, nausea all day with Headaches, chills,cramps, body aches, burping, gas and diarrhea. I did not eat anything on 11/14/19 it’s 2am on 11/15/19 still no Appetite, I’m starting to feel better now but I still have heavy burping after I drink anything | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Gas, Burping, Body Ache
