Chicken Chalupa Illness Report - Taco Bell, Riverview Florida

My husband and j got this last night and had it around 8:30pm. The only thing different In our meals was that I had chicken in my chalupa, and mine were all supreme (with sour cream and tomato).
I woke up at 2:30a in extreme pain. Ran to the bathroom and had diarrhea, and ended up vomiting around 3:30a. Every hour after that, I woke up with diarrhea and extreme nausea and cramping. I also had the chills laying in bed.
Woke up at 8am, had another extreme bout of nausea like at 230a and puked again.
From what I could tell, I was puking up the contents in my stomach from my this meal.
