Additional information: The symptoms are still ongoing, both me and my friend are awaiting medical advice at the moment. After eating from Taco Bell, I started to feel nauseated. Half an hour later, I had an uncontrollable urge to vomit, and I did. I have been experiencing stomach problems and diarrhea since then. Similarly, my friend who dined with me has been struggling with diarrhea until today, and nothing seems to help.
