Around 10 in the morning, bought two 7 layer burritos without guacamole and one cheese quesadilla. Felt a little bloated a couple hours after eating. Woke up around 10 pm that night feeling nauseated, but went back to sleep. Woke up at 2 am with bouts of diarrhea and vomiting for a couple hours. Can't even keep water down for more than an hour. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
