Gross Restroom Sparks Illness - Mold, Lockport Illinois

Ate Taco Bell around 2pm on 5/18/18
After ordering and eating I used bathroom and was appalled by the grossestness of what they called a clean restroom. Manager was rude and said they cleaned last night. Probably wasn’t cleaned in over a month. Black mold/scum on sink and black molded toilet paper in urinal.
I made the comment that I hope I don’t get Ebola from being in here.. after washing hands I even made the effort to use my shirt to open door due to no paper towels.
Started feeling nauseous around 5pm that evening with vomiting and diarrhea around 6-7pm
Worse 30 hours of my life. I’ll never eat Taco Bell again or use this facility period. I’d rather crap my pants then use restroom under this managements standards. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
