I swear it was Taco Bell. I was FINE up until Wednesday night I got a quesadilla with beef and a soft taco with beef and I vomited twice. I was nauseous All day at work on Thursday to the point I couldn’t stand up. Plus vomiting... See More in the work bathroom. And now that it’s friday my stomach is still in pain and now I have liquid diarrhea. I ate nothing else that would have caused it because I already digested my sandwich for 6+ hours from an early lunch.

Ate Taco Bell around 2pm on 5/18/18
After ordering and eating I used bathroom and was appalled by the grossestness of what they called a clean restroom. Manager was rude and said they cleaned last night. Probably wasn’t cleaned in over a month. Black mold/scum on sink... See More and black molded toilet paper in urinal.
I made the comment that I hope I don’t get Ebola from being in here.. after washing hands I even made the effort to use my shirt to open door due to no paper towels.
Started feeling nauseous around 5pm that evening with vomiting and diarrhea around 6-7pm
