Quesadilla & Taco Illness - Taco Bell, Lawrence Kansas

Monday October 24th I had ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and a beef taco (which was all I had ate that day) for lunch around 12-12:30 PM, By 11:30 that night I was sitting on the toilet with Diarrhea, and vomiting in a trash bag. I ended up being sick all the next day not being able to keep any food down till Wednesday i finally started feeling better then was able to return to work on 10/27/2022 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
