I got food poisoning from Tacobell after i ate 12/09/2018 at 3pm. I ate 2 soft tacos and chips anf cheese. At 11:30pm i felt nauseous and threw up. After the first time throwing up i became violently ill vomiting ever 15-20 min for next 24 hours. I was dehydrated because i could not keep anything down and couldnt even move out of my bed. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
