Breakfast Crunchwrap Illness - Taco Bell, Hastings Michigan

So on 6-16-23 I ordered it from DoorDash as usual I ordered a breakfast Crunchwrap sausage and a cheesy toasted breakfast burrito bacon. After I ate those 2 sandwiches I took a nap when I woke up for some reason I started to have a really bad acid reflex and I kinda ignored as of it was sometimes normal for me. Then I go about my day and then my stomach started to hurt and I kinda ignored that too. Then it got so bad I had to lay down I tried to sleep but I couldn’t cause I was in so much pain, I felt so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep then I felt like I was gonna puke I made it half way to the bathroom before I puked everywhere, I’m the type of person that never gets sit and this was not normal for me to do. I tried to lay back down but I couldn’t sleep so I had my sister take me to the hospital and they couldn’t figured what was wrong with me. Over a day later my stomach hurts I still feel nauseous, I have gained a really bad headache and some chest pain, I think they gave me food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chest Pain, Acid reflux, Stomach Pain
