Workers who made my food were talking as they handed my my food and acting suspicious and laughing. One girl commented that "she will never notice". I paid no attention until I opened my last taco and noticed black putrid lettuce sitting right on top of my taco. This location intentionally served putrid food to me and laughed in my face. I almost immediately developed a sore throat and now feel sick to my stomach. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Soreness, Sore Throat
