Taco Cabana on Montgomery. Had the Super Mexican Platter w/crispy beef taco around 6:30 or 7:00pm on July 14 2024. At approximately midnight, I was throwing up with horrible stomach cramps. Woke up this morning and still had horrible stomach cramps with nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Diarrhea
