ordered the shredded beef taco meal on 06/12/2017 for lunch- (had just coffee and a granola bar for breakfast-my daily routine) few hours later got severely sick with nausea, diarrhea, and fever. have had diarrhea for 2 days straight now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
