I ate a chicken fajita cabana bowl that included chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, refried pinto beans and rice, and a few days later I felt nauseous. I experienced stomach cramps a slight fever and a headache. I believe the lettuce and vegetables ate this restaurant were contaminated with cyclosporiasis.
