Beef Taco Illness Report - Taco Casa, Fort Worth Texas

I purchased two soft beef tacos on Thursday February 8th, 2024 between 7:00-8:00 from Taco Casa on Bridgewood Dr. in east Fort Worth. The soft taco had ground beef, lettuce and cheese along with the flour tortilla. I still have the other taco in my refrigerator. I ate half of one of the tacos. Later that night I woke up with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and throwing up. I had chills and sweating.
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Ground beef, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
