Soft shell tacos three of them hamburger and pico de guio I'm the only person in the brain injury program I'm in that got this food yesterday I ate the three soft shell tacos I usally eat super potato oloes but was in a taco mood and got soft shell tacos and pico de guio or how ever you spell it I started throwing up and had diarrhea about two hours later I'm still sick the brain injury program nurse said it was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
