Observed 2 live roaches under cart with slicer. Observed 5 live roaches on wall behind 2 door stainless cooler near hand wash sink. **Warning**

-  High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed roach dropping in tall reach at bottom gasket in cooler at front window area. **Warning**

- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooked beans hot holding at 120/123f above heat zone of steam table. Beans moved to cooler to chill. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
