Ate a steak quesadilla, chicken taco and their chips. Hours later I threw everything up (projectile vomiting). It all came out nearly in digested. Worse symptoms then when I once caught COVID. I think I may need to visit the E/R because of the pain from all the throw up. Laying in bed now nonstop shaking. Please help and look into this so someone else doesn’t go through it | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Shaking
