Enchilada Illness: Stomach Pain - Taqueria del Sol, Nashville Tennessee

I ordered Uber eats last Thursday night when I was in Nashville. I Ordered the lemon cream enchilada and a red chili enchilada with chicken. They were delicious but about an hour later, I had three bouts of diarrhea and bad stomach pain. This was followed by 4 days of constipation and very bad kidney pain and stomach pain. now I’m wondering if anyone else has had this problem because I might need to go to a doctor to have my kidneys checked out for bacterial infection | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Constipation
