So I initially would have never thought. I was grocery shopping with my husband and daughter and let my daughter pick the cereal. She picked Lucky Charms and without a second thought I was like “ok cool.” My husband and I decided to each have a bowl after dinner Thursday night (1/18/24) for dessert. Later that evening my husband said “I dunno why, but Lucky Charms always messes me up.” And I thought that’s so silly, it’s cereal, come on. Then all day Friday I had stomach cramps and rough bowel movements, which evolved to severe diarrhea all day Saturday - I thought, no way it can be Lucky Charms, but then I looked into it and saw all the reports of food poisoning and thought - wow maybe my husband was on to something. So I wanted to let people know - I will not be buying Lucky Charms again that’s for sure. It’s a shame they closed the investigation because it has not been resolved and the products should be recalled until new batches have been made under tighter regulations. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
