Lucky Charms Illness Report - Target, San Antonio Texas

3 years ago reported by user-pvkxj646 business

Target, San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, TX, USA

13700 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, 78232 Texas, United States

#luckycharms
Purchased a box of Lucky Charms and milk on Saturday, 04/16/2022 from here around 8PM. I ate a bowl around 10:30 or 11PM. About 12AM, started feeling some discomfort, but thought maybe it was just acid reflux. Around 2AM, all hell broke loose. I experienced the absolute worst vomiting and diarrhea I've ever experienced in my life. All day Sunday it continued. Could not even hold down water. I have eaten @luckycharms before and never had an issue. This is the first boxy I have purchased in a long time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Acid reflux
