I hadn’t eaten anything for 18 hours before eating a Tesco meal deal sundried tomato and feta pasta salad, a hummus and falafel snack and a costa cappuccino all purchased from Tesco stokenchurch. About 40 minutes later I felt uncomfortable and bloated and nauseous and had to lie down.
