Ate there Friday night around 6 pm. Firecracker shrimp for appetizer. Meal was filet medallions with rice and broccoli and a salad with ranch. Stomach cramping began when I returned home vomiting and diahrea throughout the night then fever body aches chills and cramping and no appetite all day Saturday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Body Ache
