I ordered the Filet Medallions the evening of October 4, 2025. I had requested medium rare. The meat was not cooked evenly. One medallion seemed fine, while another was undercooked, and the other extremely chewy. I had to spit out multiple pieces. In addition, they had no rolls readily available, but once rolls were finally taken to our table, one batch did not seem to be cooked thoroughly. That batch was pale and did not seem to set due to a limp structure. I got food poisoning as a result, and spent the night vomitting and with stomach pains. I’m not sure if the restaurant had recently hired new cooks or if they were just understaffed, but it was not a good experience. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
