I ordered the grilled chicken with portobello mushrooms and gravy. Ate the toppings and some of the food around the chicken breast first. Cut into the chicken and it was slightly pink. I did not eat any of it. I left and that night I started get cramping. The next morning I woke up and had diarrhea along with nausea. It lasted over a week and went to Urgent Care. They tested me and I am positive for E. Coli. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
