October 18th Ordered Steak with Mushrooms and Onions with Baked potatoe , salad and a fried onion appetizer. I was the only one who ate Mushrooms and onions and got severely ill. The symptoms started a few hours after I ate. The onion looked uncooked in the center and still gooey. Possibly from that. Not sure. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
