I had sirloin strip steak and mushrooms at 3:33 pm at the restaurant, went home, and felt nauseous and had extremely foul smelling gas later in the evening and ended up being up all night with explosive diarrhea. I seemed to have recovered the next day though I still felt unwell. That evening I finished the steak and mushrooms I had brought home, I got sick again with all the same symptoms except a little more extreme, so that is when I surmised that it must have had something to do with the steak and mushrooms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas

Never eat the SAME thing that might have made you sick! Report it to FDA/Dept. of Agriculture, Corporate! Get your money back!!
