Went out with 3 friends we all got steak, mash potatoes, mixed veggies, Mac and cheese. We ate all the food on 3/24/26 literally the next day we all have a fever, stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. Chills and muscle aches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
