Sirloin Beef Tips, no mushrooms or onions, with brown gravy, House Salad, Ranch Dressing on the side, Apple Sauce - carry-out. Sunday night, May 5, 2013, 8:00 p.m. GI rumblings began by 11:00 p.m. Up all night with vomiting & diarrhea. Developed headache & fever. Vomiting & diarrhea subsided Monday morning but fever & headache persisted through Monday evening. Slept Monday night, during which time fever broke. Headache subsided after hydration (Powerade & water) & reintroduction of safe food (dry Rice Chex) Tuesday morning. Only Texas Roadhouse in town, always busy, maybe too busy, must be 15 yrs. old or more by now, not getting better with age. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
